I am a big water drinking fan. I carry a water bottle everywhere I go. The few days that I don’t drink as much water as I am used to, I feel lethargic, and sometimes get headaches.

I also carry a water bottle around all the time. It is great for hydration and helping the body detox itself of all the impurities.

I left my bottle on the train the other day though … it was my favourite, now i gotta get another!

Thanks for reminding me. I just went and had a glass of water. Water is our life line and a lot of us are not getting enough of it. Being properly hydrated improves every function in your body. I heard that an individual should drink half their body weight in ounces per day. So an individual that weighs 200lbs should drink 100 ounces of water each day.
