Be A Certified Nursing Assistant

Have you ever heard of certified nursing assistant job? This might be a potential career for you.

Certified Nursing Assistant or called as CNA is a job in healthcare field where the person will be given authority to perform specific duties to assist nurses. The job also involves working closely to the patients and taking care of their physical and emotion needs. Being a Certified Nursing Assistant gives someone the possibility to get experience of working in various healthcare-related facilities including hospitals, hospice agencies and adult day care centers.

A good news is Certified Nursing Assistants are currently in demand in the United States. So I guess this could be a good chance for you in healthcare-related career. About the qualifications in being a CNA, you must be at least 16 years old and must be able to understand, speak and write in English. It’s better if you have a certification so you have better chance to get the job.

As other jobs, Certified Nursing Assistant also includes CNA training as an important step in becoming  nursing assistant. You can find the nursing assistant training programs which are offered at educational institutions and healthcare facilities. Some training programs might be short as 4 weeks while some are longer as 12 weeks. Training programs involve both textbook learning and hands-on training. It will also focus on interpersonal communication skills where this skills is one of the essential elements in becoming an effective nursing assistant.

You can either take a CNA class and then pay $92 to take state exam. My sister just challenged the test. She got a CNA study guide from Pearson.com, paid her $92, got a test date, and passed the test.

Nurse is a good job for girls indeed,my older sister is a nurse too.A good nurse attends to her patients,so we often say nurse is a most beautiful angel in white!

CNA is recommend certificate to get importance while proceeding your career in nursing. If you have capability and interest for nursing then go for complete nursing qualification.
