    Stretch marks generally appear after rapid weight gain or loss. And when it happens, people will start to find on how stretch mark removal works.

    These stretch marks are common during pregnancy and within the teen years where significant changes happened due to the increased level of hormones. Besides that, stretch marks can also happened due to obesity problems.

    In most cases, women tend to get stretch marks on their breasts, hips, thigh, abdomen, around the belly button, arms, back and buttocks. This situation happens especially during puberty and pregnancy.

    Stretch marks appear depends on the color of your skin including pink, reddish brown, brown, or dark brown. Once you notice the stretch marks, it is essential for you to get the treatment as soon as possible.

    There are a lot of questions on how to remove stretch marks. Stretch mark removal involves the laser treatment or the natural one. Laser treatment needs you to spend more money compared to the natural one and it is recommended to try both depends on your affordability.

    However prevention is always better than treatment. Talking about stretch marks, there are a number of different methods to prevent stretch marks from happening.

    For women during pregnancy, it is recommended to apply lotion with vitamin E as well as vitamin C where they can increase the elasticity of your skin’s surface. Do this regularly and you can feel the effect as you give birth and the coming days.

    One more useful method is to take a drink around 2 to 3 liters of water per day where it can help you to deal with your weight so you can control it. Take vitamins as your daily supplement to help in your skin’s nutrition. Besides that, consult with your dermatologist on the best method that you can practice in order to prevent stretch marks from happening.
