If you are starting to worry about getting acne breakouts, there are a few tips that I can share with you that will help to reduce the chance of this and help to keep your skin in good health so that if you do get a breakout your skin will be able to heal naturally much faster.
Tip 1 – Be Extremely Gentle When Cleansing The Skin
When you hit the teenage years it is extremely important that you do cleanse the skin at least twice a day, however many are way to aggressive when cleansing the skin thinking they are helping by removing dirt from deep withing the pores.
While you may be removing dirt from deep within the pores you are also aggravating the skin which can cause redness, breakouts and inflammation. If you want to remove dirt and other impurities from deep within the pores the best solution is to use a Clarisonic face brush, which is a device that can gentle remove dead skin cells and impurities without aggravating the skin.
Tip 2 – Drink 8 Cups Cups Of Water Per Day
Aiming for this amount of water per day will help to remove toxins from the system, hydrate and moisturize the skin. Drinking water is one of the most beneficial things you can do if you want to maintain clear skin long term.
Tip 3 – Do Not Squeeze Any Existing Pimples
If you already have pimples the last thing you should do is squeeze them whether you are using a pimple popper tool or not. The reason that this is important is because by squeezing pimples you risk spreading the infection and causing further acne breakouts on other areas of the face.
If you follow those above 3 tips you are much less likely to get acne breakouts. I follow these tips and they have been extremely beneficial for me and many others who follow them all.
